The HD Bellows series features an innovative design with a telescoping solid liner, crafted from 321 Stainless Steel. This critical component will add to the longevity of the exhaust system. HD Bellows series is engineered to withstand temperatures up to 1650°F (900°C) and effectively manage thermal expansion, ensuring reliability and prevent stress fractures to form on the welds. For pre-turbo applications, such as exhaust manifolds, crossover pipes and wastegate regulation pipes, where thermal expansion is a concern, a bellows liner will be able to withstand the temperature and ensure the vehicle will operate at maximum performance. All HD Bellows will feature a solid liner that will flow directional.
